Air filter manufacturing is a technical process that requires precision and expertise. Performance Enhancement with Surface Treatments

  • Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Impregnation: The filter fabric is dipped in special solutions to gain resistance to water, moisture, and oil. This process especially increases filter performance in humid and oily environments.

  • Glazing Application: One surface of the fabric is smoothed by heating. This prevents dust accumulation, facilitates air passage, and enables the filter bag to work more effectively during jet pulse cleaning.

After the process is completed, the filter fabric is rolled, cut to order-specific dimensions, and made ready for sewing in high-strength sewing machines.
